27,000 square foot warehouse ceiling, July 2020. Budget did not allow sand blasting light rust. Product chosen was Sherwin Williams Opti-Bond Alkyd. This product is made for surfaces with impractical preparation options, and contains Portland Cement. The bond is incredible and will hold back rust for the long life of the coating. Work area is brightened dramatically.
